As the vibrant colors of spring bloom around us, Brookridge Cove Rehabilitation and Care Center in Morrilton, Arkansas, is buzzing with excitement and new life. This season, we are thrilled to introduce our newest residents—our very own hens! These delightful feathered friends have quickly become the stars of our community, bringing joy and a touch of farm life to our residents.
Our hens have settled into their charming abode, affectionately named the Hen House Saloon. Watching them cluck around, lay eggs, and interact with each other has been a source of endless entertainment and comfort for everyone. The simple pleasures of observing their daily routines have brought smiles and laughter, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
But that's not all! With the arrival of spring, our gardening enthusiasts have been hard at work preparing for a bountiful season. The garden beds are ready, and we are eagerly anticipating the planting of our tomatoes. Gardening is not only a therapeutic activity but also a wonderful way for our residents to connect with nature and enjoy the outdoors. The anticipation of fresh, homegrown tomatoes has everyone excited for the delicious meals to come.
At Brookridge Cove, we believe in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our residents. The addition of our hens and the joy of gardening are just a few examples of how we strive to enrich the lives of those in our care. We look forward to sharing more updates and stories as our garden grows and our hens continue to thrive.
